How to order

Orders may be placed in person or over the phone by calling 815-478-4147. Currently we do not accept orders through our Web site. All orders require a 50% deposit refundable only if the merchandise is defective or does not fit according to your measurements at the time the order is placed. We place orders according to your current measurement; if you request another size that does not fall with in your measurement range you waive the right to return the garment because of the fit.

Payment options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card for all phone orders. Your cash is good on in-store purchases. All prices are quoted in US currency.

Return Policy

  • Beaded items are no return and no refund.
  • Sale items are no return and no refund.
  • Non-sale merchandise may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Store credit will be issued for non-sale merchandise returned over 10 days and under 30 days unless the end of the season sale starts within the 10-30 day period then the new sale price otherwise the current price would be the credited amount. Seasonal sales start at the beginning of January and the beginning of July.
  • Returns of any kind are not accepted after 30 days.
  • All returns are subject to inspection. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition it left the store; it must have the original tags still in place.

Lay-A-Way

Lay-a-ways require a 25% deposit and require equal monthly payments. Deposits are forfeited by customer when a payment is missed and the garment returns to stock. The return on lay-a-ways is the same as our return policy for purchased garments, with the exception of beaded garments; non-sale beaded garments on lay-a-way may be returned within 10 days for a full refund.
